TURN AROUND
Turn around time will usually be 7-14 business days from the time we receive finalized artwork and 75% down payment. This is just an estimate, some prints and finishes require extra time. If you have a rushed deadline, there will be rush fees added. See rush fees below. Caught In Customs will not be responsible for shipping errors, nature, power outages, weather and any other delay out of our control. We will always try out best to keep you updated.
RUSH FEES
Rush orders which fall inside of our standard 7-10 day turnaround are subject to the following rush amounts:
7 days standard
6 days 10%
5 days 15%
4 days 20%
3 days 25%
2 days 50%
Next day 100%
Rush orders must be paid in full to place order.
OVER/SHORTAGES
It is an accepted practice in the industry to know that there can be up to a 5% shortage or overage with your order. Meaning if you order 100 pcs there may be 95-105 pcs on delivery. We always try out best to make sure you get the exact quantity you ordered but misprints happen and usually there is no way to get a replacement before your job is taken down.
ESTIMATES
Estimates are good for 30 days unless stated otherwise but are subject to seeing final artwork to confirm an estimate.
Artwork Creation
All artwork created by Caught In Customs is the sole property of Caught In Customs. If you have us create artwork for you, you are paying for the labor and thought to produce the artwork, not the ownership and rights of the artwork. Rights to the artwork can be purchased in addition to the creation fees.
Cancellation
Cancelled orders prior to printing are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on order value) plus any additional fees incurred. Once shirts have been printed, cancellations will not be accepted.
Image Placement
We will do everything we can to ensure images are placed and located consistently on all garments in a run. However, small variations should be expected. If an image is requested to be placed 2.5” below the bottom of the collar, 1” in either direction should be considered acceptable. Images requested to be placed near the collar on the back of the shirt could have small ink coverage inconsistencies if the image is printed over the tag.
Manufacturer Defects
Caught In Customs is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, label inconsistencies and garment defects. We do our best to inspect the garments as they are printed but we can not guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size.
