What is the turn around time for my order?
Normal turn around time is 10 business days from the time we receive down payment and finalized artwork. Turnaround time is only an ESTIMATE and is not guaranteed. Please allow 2 extra days for printed inside tags as well as other specialty services such as full color process and foil. If you need your order faster, rush fees may apply. We cannot be responsible for conditions out of our power (i.e. weather and power shortages).
How Should I Submit Artwork?
All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. See File Prep for more info on how to prepare your order. Please see our file prep page for more details.
I’m missing some shirts, what happened?
Due to human error and the nature of the industry, allow for a 5% over or underage of your product. Please keep this in mind when ordering your shirt. It is always good to order a few extra in case of error!
How much is the down payment?
We require 75% of total invoice upfront to cover cost of shirts and supplies. The balance of 25% is due upon pickup or before shirts are shipped out.We accept credit card, paypal and cash.
Can I change the ink and shirt colors on the same design?
Yes! If you need to change a color of ink there is a $15 color change fee. If the design stays the exact same and you are only changing the shirt color, there is no extra cost!
What is the standard print size?
Standard print size is 12.5 x 15″. If you need oversize printing there is a minimum of 50 pcs.
